Permanent opportunity for a Scrum Master based in London with a National Security client. Must hold enhanced DV Clearance. Salary from £40,000 - £65,000 + Clearance Bonus + Company Bonus.
We are recruiting a Scrum Master for a prestigious client in London. Our teams are what leads us forward and we are therefore looking for the best talent to join us as we continue to bring the best to the table. Due to the nature of our clients, you must hold enhanced DV Clearance.
WHAT WILL THE SCRUM MASTER BE DOING?
You will be leading an Agile team and be responsible for a suite of software applications. You will be helping the team work in the most efficient manner to provide maximum value for the customer.
WE NEED THE SCRUM MASTER TO HAVE:
- Enhanced DV Security Clearance
- Experience working with Product Owners and development teams
- The ability to guide and coach Scrum teams on how to use best Agile & Scrum practices
- The ability to drive the Agile execution of the project
- The drive to sustain continued improvement
- Ability to assist with internal and external communication
- Develop a high performing team
- Background in software development/leading software teams
- Implement new & efficient ways of working
