Are you an experienced and collaborative Network Infrastructure Engineer? In this role you would join a growing organisation supporting a wide range of sites across London. This is a hands-on technical role where you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing a secure, flexible, and reliable IT infrastructure environment.

You will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager and the wider IT Team to deliver robust infrastructure solutions, support a multitude of project initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing, delivering, and maintaining resilient network and server infrastructure.
- Supporting Cisco network environments and working with Meraki cloud-based solutions.
- Managing a virtualised environment (VMware) and implementing robust backup solutions (Azure Site Recovery, Veeam).
- Overseeing network deployments and upgrades, with a strong focus on endpoint security and system optimisation.
- Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials and contributing to the development of IT strategies.
- Supporting network infrastructure services across a large, diverse estate, including security systems.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in network infrastructure management, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Expertise with Cisco switches, VMware environments, Windows Server 2016/2019, Azure technologies, and backup strategies.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meraki dashboards and associated wireless and CCTV technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with a keen eye for continuous improvement and automation.
Desirable qualifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (essential).
- VMware Certified Professional and Microsoft Azure or 365 certifications (really desirable).
