We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager! Are you ready to lead a team and deliver exceptional food experiences? We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join Restaurant Associates. You’ll be overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring excellence in food, service, and guest satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and dining experiences
- Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and health & safety
- Drive commercial performance and achieve financial targets, working closely with clients and senior managers
- Deliver team training, appraisals, and identify development opportunities
- Regularly hold team meetings to communicate goals and drive performance
- Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Deputise for the General Manager as required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Food Safety Level 3 certification
- Strong understanding of gross profit and cost control
- Hands-on, enthusiastic, and proactive leadership style
