I am delighted to represent a forward-thinking B2B service provider based in the North East, currently seeking an experienced Interim Sales Director to lead their sales function through a period of strategic transition. This 3-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to instil structure, focus, and renewed momentum in a committed sales team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will take immediate ownership of the sales function, providing clear leadership and operational direction. The emphasis will be on aligning the team with business goals, embedding effective sales processes, and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
