A growing property business is looking for a Maintenance / Multiskilled Operative to work within South Manchester and Cheshire on a growing rental portfolio, house renovations, modernisations, and new developments.

You will be responsible for ensuring all tenant issues are fixed immediately and, where something isn’t in your skillset, to co-ordinate with the relevant professionals.
