We are seeking a Clinical Advisor to actively promote the clinical benefits of our products and services. This role involves being the key clinical contact during crucial customer meetings and supporting the development of new and existing products. This part-time position requires flexibility and national travel as needed, approximately 5 days a month.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop relationships with key opinion leaders and create customer testimonials and case studies.
  • Support Sales during key clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and installations.
  • Provide training on nurse-call and associated service products to Clinical, IT, and Estates staff, ensuring correct product usage to enhance clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Drive revenue opportunities by recommending product service or replacement where appropriate.
  • Offer ongoing clinical support, resolving any customer concerns at both product and system levels in a timely manner.
  • Produce and deliver training content tailored to customer needs, and provide feedback to Marketing and Product Training Teams.
  • Assist Commercial Teams at national exhibitions and maintain knowledge of competitor products and market positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional clinical qualification (e.g., NMC or HCPC) and experience at NHS band 6 or above.
  • Demonstrated experience working with clinical healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders.
  • Experience in training delivery and education to individuals and larger audiences.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining key opinion leader relationships.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Initiative and responsibility with a track record of executing projects and driving results.
  • IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
