Are you a qualified Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) who loves working with people and has an eye for both care quality and business growth? We’re looking for a Mobile Supervisor to join our expanding foot health business on a part-time basis!
In this exciting, flexible role, you’ll be on the road across multiple regions, supporting and overseeing our team of practitioners, managing key client accounts at care homes, and helping us secure new business.
Before hitting the road, you’ll complete our tailored company training in our Southend clinic to get fully up to speed with our standards and systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and supporting foot health practitioners across various locations
- Visiting care homes and client sites to account manage and ensure service excellence
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing issues as they arise
- Identifying and helping secure new business opportunities
- Reporting back on team performance, client feedback, and regional growth potential
- Keeping services compliant and aligned with our company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Foot Health Practitioner (FHP) — essential!
- Willingness to complete company-specific training in Southend clinic before starting the role
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach
- Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel across multiple counties (company car provided)
- Passionate about high-quality care and business development
