Our client is on the lookout for a sharp, hands-on Support Engineer to join their experienced tech team. If you're someone who enjoys solving technical problems and being part of impactful IT projects, this could be a great fit.

You'll be based in London, providing day-to-day support to users while also contributing to a wide range of projects built around Microsoft and cloud-based platforms. This is an on-site role working in an educational related sector, thus any school/educational related experience is highly desirable as well as DB Clearance.

Your day-to-day:

  • Supporting and managing systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, and general security tools
  • Working on technical projects, from upgrades to cloud migrations
  • Acting as a go-to for 2nd/3rd line support issues

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role ideally in a school setting
  • Is keen to grow their skills in Azure, AD, and Microsoft cloud services
  • Can work independently in a technical and fast-paced environment
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is based in the UK, eligible to work, and able to pass a security check
  • Having worked in an educational services environment would be an advantage.
