I am currently working with a national Design & Build M&E Contractor in the North East. My client is an established business who are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager in the North East with a background in M&E to work on high profile projects in Newcastle. They have secure work until the end of 2027 and are confident on securing further high-profile projects taking work up until 2031 and beyond. They have plans in place for growth across the North East and they are looking for experienced individuals to join who are seeking long term opportunity to progress within the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented, diverse and supportive team with a high performing culture. This is an opportunity allowing for structured career development with exposure to large scale and prestigious M&E projects.

As a Project Manager, this role will see you take hold of all tenders, look at costs and forecasting costs, planning and delivering projects. This role will require some elements of self sufficiency to take control of projects, however there will be a team of engineers and supervisors below you as direct reports.
