The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Weβre looking for a creative and ambitious person to join our marketing team. You will take the lead across our social media channels, online and offline brand identity. You will be expected to identify and create engaging content using video, photography and design skills. You will also be responsible for designing customer facing marketing materials, including advertising, printed brochures and event collateral. There is likely to be a requirement for some travel to events and site visits for content capture.
We are disrupting the conventional construction industry by creating buildings such as offices, homes and hospitality accommodation by producing high quality, environmentally friendly and stunningly designed projects in a factory controlled environment.
- Content Creation: Take the lead with the creation of visual content (e.g., graphics, videos) for social media and other marketing channels, including design for print and web.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube), working to an agreed marketing plan.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign analysis. Assist with email marketing campaigns and paid advertising campaigns.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing activity, event planning and keeping the marketing reporting system up to date.
- Active use of social media across all platforms, and examples of content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing including SEO, PPC and Email Marketing.
- Experience with software programs such as Adobe, Canva, HootSuite, Hubspot, WordPress and CRM systems would be an advantage.
