The predicted salary is between 24000 - 48000 £ per year.
We have new roles in Leeds for Oracle DBAs / Apex Developers and we can consider any experience level for this position as we are probably going to end up hiring 2 people with a mix of experience levels. But it could also be one experienced person who can cover both aspects (DBA / Apex Development).
We are open to reviewing applicants with any level of Oracle Database Administration or Oracle Apex Development but you must be willing to learn the other. We can also consider a graduate (if you have Oracle experience). Salary range is dependent on experience.

You will be working for a dynamic company, who build all of their own systems. These positions are key as Senior Technical positions do also come with a company vehicle.
The Role
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle database systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop database solutions using Oracle APEX.
- Design, develop, and maintain APEX applications that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
- Implement data security measures, backup, and recovery strategies to safeguard critical information.
- Optimize database queries, indexes, and performance tuning for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure best practices in Oracle database and APEX development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
