The Role

A hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on the deployment side of CRM. You'll work in a growing in-house CRM team, owning campaign builds and execution to ensure speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain CRM campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
  • Execute campaigns aligned to customer segments and data logic
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, analytics teams, and external agencies
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery and data flows

What You'll Need

Must-Haves:

  • Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
  • Hands-on experience deploying CRM campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools like Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or Bloomreach
  • High attention to detail and QA processes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Liquid (especially in Braze)
  • Background in retail or agency CRM environments
  • Understanding of logic-based segmentation and campaign data workflows
