The Role
A hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on the deployment side of CRM. You'll work in a growing in-house CRM team, owning campaign builds and execution to ensure speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain CRM campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Execute campaigns aligned to customer segments and data logic
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, analytics teams, and external agencies
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery and data flows
What You'll Need
Must-Haves:
- Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
- Hands-on experience deploying CRM campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or Bloomreach
- High attention to detail and QA processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Liquid (especially in Braze)
- Background in retail or agency CRM environments
