We're proud to be working exclusively with a leading client to recruit a Project Manager to join their dynamic Business Change team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, delivering high-profile strategic projects across both IT and business change portfolios.
The Role: Reporting to the Director of Change Management, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects aligned to the client's strategic roadmap. Working across Waterfall and Agile methodologies, you'll engage with both in-house and third-party development teams to ensure successful delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Defining scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and sponsors
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans
- Leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and resolving issues
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope and budget
- Preparing and presenting project updates and reports to stakeholders
- Managing external suppliers and internal development teams
- Driving improvements by contributing to the Project Management Centre of Excellence
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Project Management experience
- A proven track record delivering both IT and business projects
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Strong experience with project tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and G-Suite
- Experience with third-party suppliers and in-house development teams
- Exposure to any Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) really beneficial
