Gecko Travel Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading Tour Operator who are recruiting an Account Manager - Educational Travel. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate, sales-driven travel professional.
The Role: As Account Manager - Educational Travel, you'll create bespoke travel packages, manage key accounts, and grow sales through a consultative, relationship-led approach. This role combines client relationship management, sales, and occasional travel to visit clients overseas.
You Will Have:
- Experience and interest in Educational Travel
- Excellent relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Strong account management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to source and nurture leads
- Strong numerical and costing skills
- CRM experience (preferred)
- Sales and target-driven mindset
- Willingness to visit clients, attend resort visits, and represent the brand confidently
Additional Info:
- Up to £32,000 plus generous, uncapped commission
- Full-time, permanent contract
