About the Role:
As a Labourer, you’ll work alongside skilled tradespeople and supervisors to help maintain and repair housing stock across Northumberland. You’ll play a key part in ensuring residents’ homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting tradespeople with repairs and maintenance tasks
- Preparing and clearing work areas
- Loading and unloading materials
- Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar environment
- Good physical fitness and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
