We're looking for a Web Merchandiser to join a collaborative Digital team of four, working alongside two other Web Merchandisers, Back-End Developers, and Content & Platform Designers from Marketing.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in web merchandising who wants to further develop their skills in a hybrid role with room to grow.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the online product catalogue – ensuring product descriptions, imagery, and metadata are accurate and optimised
• Optimise category pages for usability, SEO, and conversion using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Support promotional launches with banners, landing pages, and key product placements
• Work with the content and development teams to enhance product presentation and troubleshoot minor layout issues
• Use analytics tools to track product performance and suggest data-driven improvements
• Perform quality checks to ensure site consistency across devices
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ year of experience in an e-commerce or digital merchandising role
• Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems for content updates
• Basic understanding and application of HTML, CSS, and SEO
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar CMS)
• Strong eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment
