We are partnering with a well-established financial services recruitment firm with a strong UK and European footprint, specialising in technology and project talent across the full spectrum of financial services subsectors. The business operates across both permanent and contract markets, with a dedicated talent acquisition arm focused on upskilling and project delivery.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Interim Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the business through a period of strategic realignment and commercial revitalisation. This is a transformation-focused leadership role, reporting directly to the founders, with a clear mandate to reset and drive the firm’s revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the current state of the business and define a bold five-year commercial strategy.
