Your Role
As an SDR Manager, you'll lead a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team. You'll coach, inspire, and hold your team to high standards, while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound lead qualification
- Set and track key performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline created)
- Refine sales development playbooks and messaging tailored to hospitality buyers
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to SDRs
- Analyze performance data to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Report regularly to senior sales leadership on team performance and pipeline growth
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing an SDR or BDR team in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience selling into the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups) is a must
- Track record of building scalable, high-performing SDR teams
- Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
- Data-driven, collaborative, and obsessed with continuous improvement
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in tech-driven transformation
