A long-established UK business operating in the consumer goods and home lifestyle sector is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEO & Web Skills to take the reins on their organic growth strategy. With a strong e-commerce presence and ambitious digital roadmap, they’re now investing in a dedicated specialist to lead technical SEO performance across their platforms. This is a hybrid role, with 1–2 days per week in their Birmingham office and flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. The salary range is between £40,000 & £45,000 per annum.
The Role
- You’ll lead the technical side of SEO, working across site architecture, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and more.
- Partnering with internal developers and marketing teams, you’ll ensure the business continues to scale its visibility, traffic, and performance through best-in-class search practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out deep-dive technical SEO audits and implement scalable improvements.

- Monitor and improve performance across Core Web Vitals and mobile UX.
- Collaborate with developers to embed SEO into platform updates and fixes.
- Analyse organic performance through GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.
- Keep ahead of search engine updates and evolving best practices.
