Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure using services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Docker.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline and standardise application delivery processes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability using observability tools including CloudWatch, Grafana, InfluxDB, and ElasticSearch.
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies, WAF configuration, and key management to ensure platform compliance.
- Manage and optimise database and caching services (RDS, Elasticache) for performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment of new features, ensuring operational efficiency and platform reliability.
- Demonstrated experience in a DevOps or cloud engineering role with a strong emphasis on AWS.
- Expertise in AWS services and architecture, with solid knowledge of cloud networking and security.
- Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, and configuration tools such as Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms (Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Solid scripting abilities (e.g., Python, Bash) and excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
