18 Week Support, in partnership with leading local services, is seeking experienced and forward-thinking ENT Consultants to join our expanding team across the East Sussex. We are one of the UK’s largest independent providers of NHS specialist services, supporting the delivery of high-quality ENT care across the region.

You\’ll be part of a respected and collaborative consultant team, delivering expert assessment and management of a wide range of ENT conditions within a dedicated outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated consultants looking to make a real impact on reducing NHS waiting lists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient assessments for patients referred with ENT conditions from primary and secondary care
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions including hearing loss, nasal obstruction, sinus disorders, throat infections, and neck lumps
• Perform outpatient-based procedures where appropriate

Requirements:

• GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register
• Full licence to practise in the UK
• Experience working within NHS
• Strong communication and teamworking skills, with a patient-focused approach
