Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee temporary site services on a large commercial project in Wembley. The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising all electrical works on site, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all electrical trades and subcontractors carrying out temporary site services installations.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on all electrical installation works.
• Coordinate with site management, project managers, and other trade supervisors to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work.
• Review and sign off test, inspection, and commissioning documentation.
• Monitor progress, report delays or risks, and escalate issues as required.
• Assist with snagging, defect resolution, and handover documentation.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily/weekly reports, timesheets, and material usage

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial or industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing temporary site services preferred.
• Valid ECS Gold Card.
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
