Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working on a brand new role with a non-profit organisation in Nottingham who are seeking a People and Culture Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. As a People and Culture Advisor, you will report directly into the People and Culture Manager and be responsible for the employee experience. The organisation has recently undergone a transformational change and is in an exciting period of growth and development.
Your role will look at reward and recognition, engagement surveys, employee relations, wellbeing and policy development including:
- Coaching and supporting managers to be confident in HR practice by offering effective HR advice
- Managing a grievance and disciplinary employee caseload
- Acting as an active member of the Staff Engagement Group by implementing new wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting the People and Culture Manager in the implementation of the employee survey
- Overseeing all aspects of the company’s Family Friendly policies e.g. maternity, paternity, compassionate leave etc.
- Assisting the People and Culture Manager during transformation projects
The right person for this People and Culture Advisor role will have previous experience in ER case management at disciplinary and grievance level and ideally have a CIPD qualification or be working towards this.
