Litigation Solicitor - Legal Services

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation cases, excellent advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of current legal practices and procedures. Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office Managing a diverse range of litigation cases, including employment, commercial, civil, and property disputes. Advising clients on all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-action advice, mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including statements of case, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, delivering exceptional legal counsel and advocacy. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and providing tailored legal advice and solutions. Staying up to date with changes in legislation and legal procedures to provide accurate and practical advice. Working collaboratively with colleagues across our five offices to deliver comprehensive legal services. Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Minimum 1 year of PQE experience in litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases. Up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and regulations.
