Account Manager ~ remote (Permanent)

Profect Marketing is an affiliate marketing agency specialising in managing programs for SME clients. Our clients are primarily in the fashion, lifestyle and beauty sectors and UK based with some US presence. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience directly managing affiliate programs in network, agency or client side roles. You will be joining the agency during an exciting period of growth and have the opportunity to shape processes which will underpin that growth. While this role is offered as a 12 month maternity cover contract given the agency\’s current growth rate it is likely there will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to transition to a permanent role. 1 day per week in the office (5 minute walk from Reading station), 3 days worked remotely. ~ 38,000 – £42,000 depending on experience ~ Private dental insurance ~ Private medical insurance ~Work from home 3 days per week CLIENT SERVICE: Delight customers with accurate, timely and proactive service Manage projects and ad-hoc requests from multiple clients, proactively prioritising and escalating as needed Provide regular client updates on actions, opportunities and ongoing projects Manage the implementation of strategies and plans to ensure client goals are achieved Analyse program performance to identify opportunities or issues and take appropriate follow up action Discuss program performance with clients and create Excel based reports to evidence this Suggest new ways of working to increase efficiency and support agency growth 2 years direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency or network) ~ Comfortable analysing data and drawing conclusions from it ~ Enjoy building positive and strong client relationships ~ Happy working independently and in seeking support when needed ~ Advanced Excel capabilities including: conditional formatting, pivot tables, vlookups Basic HTML
