Here at Superscript we’re on the hunt for a Commercial Account Handler. Superscript is all about enabling SMEs to take the risks they need with the comfort of business insurance that suits them, and those in our Commercial SME Retentions team are pivotal in achieving this mission. This role involves preserving and enhancing customer relationships by preventing policy cancellations and promoting policy renewals through proactive communication. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, confident with clients and possesses a willingness to learn & develop.
What you'll get up to:
- Proactively reach out to existing policyholders in order to retain them (via phone, email or other relevant channels).
- Communicate with policyholders prior to renewal dates to discuss benefits of renewing and upselling where there’s opportunities to do so.
- Seek to understand customers’ concerns or satisfactions in order to provide them with a solution to any problems.
- Identify key reasons for potential policy cancellations and formulate solutions in order to retain customers and reduce policy cancellations.
- Explain to customers any changes to premiums, products or enhancements for both new and existing policies.
- Provide information to customers around how different insurance policies meet their specific needs.
- Actively seek ways on how the Superscript customer experience can be improved and share ideas with your fellow team members.
