We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in luxury interior fit-out projects to manage and oversee multiple high-profile projects in KSA and UAE. This role will involve leading a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of world-class interior fit-outs from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.
Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
Your Role:
- Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
- Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
- Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
- Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
- Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
What You’ll Need:
- 15+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
- Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
