Lawrence Harvey are working with a renowned global customer that are in the midst of their Dayforce Implementation journey. As part of their implementation team, our client are looking for a HRIS System Analyst to support with the administration and enhancement of their Dayforce capabilities. This is a 6 month initial contract paying £400 a day Outside IR35 and requires 2 days on-site per week in Central London.
Experience Required:
- Experience administering and configuring Dayforce HCM across multiple modules (Such as CoreHR, WFM, Payroll)
- Strong understanding of custom forms, workflows, and Dayforce configuration elements.
- Understanding of RBAC setup and security management within Dayforce.
- Familiarity with Integration Studio and report building is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms preferred.
