Senior Software Engineer (Front End) - Hybrid

Head of Software Development Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2/3 days in office) I’m currently partnered with a Glasgow-based tech company that’s scaling fast and looking for a Head of Software Development to lead and evolve their engineering function. This is a strategic leadership role — not just line management, but full ownership of how engineering is run. Hybrid model with a collaborative, ambitious in-office culture (Glasgow HQ). A proven track record of leading engineering teams at scale (bonus if that’s in a product-led business or SaaS). Someone who understands how to balance delivery, tech quality, and people leadership. Strong grasp of modern engineering practices — Agile, CI/CD, cloud-native, etc.
