The opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant to the Partner at the Entrepreneurial Fund Partner Investment Management ('FPIM') Lab, from June 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025. As the Assistant to the Partner, you will serve as an ambassador for Fund Partner and act as the primary point of contact for our international engagements.
The role includes:
- Managing email and phone communications with clients, and scheduling meetings
- Organising the Partner’s agenda and providing support for conferences and in-person meetings
- Coordinating hospitality and logistical arrangements for client meetings, site visits, and events
- Assisting in the organisation of client- and investor-facing events
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Supporting the execution of investment transactions
The profile includes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Affairs or Law; interest or experience in paralegal or engagement tasks: a plus
- English as a mother tongue and fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish would be an advantage
- Client-oriented and presents with confidence
- Proactive with a focus on outcomes
- Highly collaborative, able to work independently, and committed to achieving excellence in service
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office)
- UK residency required
