The Sales Engineer works with the UK & Ireland sales team in a pre-sales role to develop and position solutions encompassing Genetec’s products. The Genetec product portfolio includes Video, Access Control, and LPR. Working closely with the Account Executives, the SE is responsible for all of the technical aspects of the sale during the entire sales cycle and is often involved with the client post purchase. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Genetec\’s software and hardware products. Provide technical support to sales teams in response to customer specifications Work closely with the technical support team to ensure a seamless transition between the pre-sales and post-sales teams, and the successful implementation of our solutions. Provide technical feedback from the field to upstream Product Management teams.
