We are currently carrying out an assignment for a very high profile client who have just purchased a very high end establishment in Mayfair and they have requirements for:-

1 x Sous Chef – Indian cuisine.

1 x Sous Chef – Chinese cuisine.

1 x Sous Chef – Lebanese & Middle Eastern cuisine.

Our client offers the best working conditions, state of the art kitchen and a starting salary between £50K – £70K plus other benefits, career progression within a global business.

About the Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will be at the heart of our culinary excellence, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver extraordinary food quality and presentation.

Your expertise in Indian, Middle Eastern, Lebanese or Chinese cuisine will be instrumental in crafting authentic and innovative dishes that captivate our clients guests.
