As they expand their market presence, they are seeking a driven Sales Director to lead commercial growth and drive new business.

As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of sales strategy and execution. You will lead a motivated sales team, but this is not a desk job—you’ll be actively pitching, presenting, and closing deals alongside your team.

  • Developing and executing a winning sales strategy across both Security and FM services.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
