Harvey Nash has partnered exclusively with a leading Professional Services Provider to recruit a Network Engineer to strengthen their Engineering team and deliver advanced network solutions across the UK.
Our client is a market-leading, award-winning IT services provider specialising in IT Support, Managed IT, and Professional IT Services. They are investing heavily in next-generation networking - SD-WAN, AI-driven automation, and multivendor architectures - to drive client success and business growth.
- Implement and support core network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless, SD-WAN).
- Lead project rollouts from planning through to handover, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional certification or equivalent expertise in at least one major networking vendor (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Aruba ACIA/ACIP).
- Hands-on experience with configuration dashboards and diagnostic tools.
- Solid foundation in network project delivery, including add/move/change processes.
- Full UK driving licence.
- 3-5 years’ engineering experience in enterprise or SMB network environments.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent written/spoken English.
- Flexible approach to work, including an on-call rota and occasional overtime.
- Eligibility for enhanced DBS or relevant security clearance.
Competitive salary dependent on experience (Can be a little flexible for the right candidate) + company car, fuel card, phone, and laptop.
Benefits package including pension, certified training reimbursement, and overtime paid at time-and-a-half / double-time (or TOIL).
Perfect opportunity for a candidate who is looking for career progression within an established team of 10-12 engineers.
Flexible but must be willing to travel to clients in Central/South-East England. Remote support when applicable, MUST be able and willing to travel to a client site if remote support is not viable.
