The Role
We are looking for an efficient Office Services Executive to join our busy post team in London. The successful candidate will ensure the post is processed efficiently and correctly, as well as undertaking other administrative tasks to help lawyers run their practices effectively. The role requires excellent client service and administration skills. Previous experience in the legal sector is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with partner requests regarding important documentation.
- Processing incoming and outgoing post accurately and efficiently.
- Working with the Office Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Organising outsourcing solutions for partners where required.
- Supporting partners with client hospitality including meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, providing refreshments and being on hand to deal with any ad hoc requests.
- Assisting with the assembly and delivery of important court documents.
- Managing courier bookings.
- Liaising with the building team to manage bookings of external meeting rooms and events.
- Various administrative tasks include binding, photocopying, scanning, paginating and filing.
The Person
We are looking for an organised and efficient individual with excellent Microsoft Office skills and a good understanding of the mechanics of an office. A helpful and approachable individual with excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Confident building relationships with first-rate written and verbal communication skills. Must have good attention to detail and good time management skills. A willingness to get to know and understand our business and its values. A team player who can also work under their own initiative. Ability to balance and prioritise workload and take responsibility for tasks. Passionate about working and delivering to a high standard.
