The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 Β£ per year.
When businesses like this come knocking, itβs hard to turn them down. Sitting at the forefront of fit-out and leading the way in both traditional and D&B contracting, I am working with no less than 3 great contractors, each specialising in the commercial office fit-out world and stacked with projects.
I am on the hunt for Technical Services Managers β ideally with experience within a fit-out main contractor - to join these diverse teams and make a significant contribution to the future success of their projects and their businesses.
What you will be getting up to:
- Utilising their in-depth knowledge of technical design, the Technical Services Managers will support management teams and ultimately coordinate all M&E activity within designated programmes.
- Manage the quality of installations, manage overall progress, run technical workshops and meetings, take responsibility for submittals, drawing approvals, RFIs and managing regulatory approvals.
- Effectively oversee the consultant and sub-contractor relationships.
