I'm partnering with an exceptional SaaS company ranked in the top 1–2% globally, and we’re looking for a Tech Lead to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive backend innovation across the organization. This is a rare opportunity to make a hands-on technical impact while mentoring others and shaping the architecture of a fast-scaling, remote-first company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a backend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture
- Design, implement, and scale robust microservices using Go and Node.js
- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership to define backend strategy and architecture
- Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and technical development
- Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability
- Ensure smooth delivery processes by managing technical roadmaps and ensuring timely execution
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience leading backend teams (5+ engineers)
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Go and Node.js
- Proven expertise in building microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and secure code
