Job Title: Multi trader Location: Richmond Hourly: £25 – £30 Start Date: December Qualifications and Driving licence required Details of this Multi trader Role: As a Multi trader, you will perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector and represent your employer professionally. This Multi trader role involves managing your own daily assigned jobs, starting from your home. Tasks include patch repairs and larger plastering repairs. We are looking for people with experience in plaster boarding, bond set, finishing and rendering.This Multi trader role is a temporary to permanent position and will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
