Process Improvement/Business Excellence Analyst is required by an established and highly regarded wealth management firm. They are embarking on an exciting multi-year transformation programme focused on operational excellence and digital enablement. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Process Improvement/Business Excellence Analyst to help drive process optimisation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support their strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with process owners to embed a structured process management framework
- Facilitate cross-functional working groups to enable collaborative process improvements
- Support adoption and best practice use of process management tools, including Confluence and Runthru
- Lead annual process reviews and assist in audit preparation
- Assist in the delivery of targeted process improvement initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement across teams and departments
- Identify gaps in current process documentation and support its development
- Collaborate with the automation team to define requirements for low-code solutions
