Venue Options is a highly successful booking agent, specialising in accommodation, meetings, conference, events and rail reservations for corporate clients. We are now looking for an administrator to join our team, supporting all business departments and functions.
The Role
- Processing Live Booking Confirmations, communicating details to relevant hotels and venues
- Managing incoming emails for various areas of the business
- Coding received invoices, Processing, Compiling, checking and sending out client invoices
- Chasing, matching and processing supplier invoices
- Signing off charges on the company credit card
- Working on bespoke systems, on-line platforms, Excel and Sage 200
Ideally you will possess:
- Strong administration background
- Excellent telephone manner
- Quick to learn attitude
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and possess a desire and ability to work to targets and deadlines.
