As part of the team working in the Digital Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Applications and Development to our officers and staff across the second largest police force in the UK. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Facilitator for an ICT team deploying business wide change using Agile methods.
  • Create a culture of accountability and enable business functions to meet critical deadlines, while helping the team to understand both organisational and technical dependencies.
  • Post holder will remove impediments, resolve conflicts, control SCRUM processes and manage meetings to deliver successful deliverables.
