Madison Berkeley are exclusively partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join their London Property Management team, working with institutional client.

This is a strategic, client-facing role managing a mixed-use portfolio (primarily multi-let offices and industrial assets) across London and the South East, working directly with one of my clients longest-standing institutional clients, playing a key role in portfolio oversight and fund consolidation strategy.

The position offers direct exposure to one of Europe’s largest real estate investment managers and the chance to develop long-term client relationships.

You’ll report to a Director and work within the Central London team, playing a key role in delivering best-in-class service, reporting, and strategic input for a high-value institutional portfolio.

Role Overview

• Manage day-to-day operations across a varied commercial portfolio
• Deliver service charge budgets, lease management, and tenant liaison
• Coordinate with FM teams and support capex and mobilisation projects
• Maintain accurate lease data and manage key lease events
• Conduct regular inspections, reporting, and occupier engagement
• Attend client meetings and support ongoing fund consolidation activity
• Identify opportunities for value-add and assist with ESG initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in commercial property management
• Technically confident with leases, service charges, and compliance
• Effective communicator with good commercial awareness
• Comfortable managing a portfolio and client relationship independently
• Looking to step into a senior-level role with progression opportunities
