Working alongside a Site Manager on a development in Livingston, as an Assistant Site Manager you will be expected to carry out the following key duties day to day:
- Meeting the production programme by coordinating trades, direct labour and materials.
- Keep Health and Safety requirements up to date by supporting each area of works on a daily basis.
- Carry out inspections of all show homes when required.
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Team.
- Regularly attend Sales / Build meetings as required.
- Adhere to all Sales/Build procedures as required.
- Support the Site Manager to ensure that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed.
- Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to customers.
- Liaise with contractors to keep site / compound tidy and clean at all times.
Having experience working on housing developments and being familiar with NHBC regulations as well as some knowledge of customer care standards would be preferred. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are also essential.
