About the Role As an Internal Sales & Projects Co-ordinator, you’ll be a key member of our busy Aberdeen team. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating projects, and delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone with sales and supply chain experience in the oil & gas sector. Key responsibilities: * Process enquiries, quotes, and orders while maintaining accurate records. * Address customer concerns and ensure timely feedback on quotes and projects. * Manage projects from enquiry to delivery, coordinating with customers and suppliers. * Utilize ERP, CRM, and web portals for data, documentation, and reporting. * Support logistics, including scheduling and import/export management. * Contribute to team meetings and execute resulting actions effectively.
