Search 5.0 is pleased to be working with a leading home grown business, who are currently expanding their operations team with the addition of a Business Analyst / Project Manager. This is a unique hybrid role where you'll oversee both requirements gathering and the successful delivery of key transformation projects across the organisation. You’ll play a vital role in analysing business needs, proposing strategic improvements, and managing the full lifecycle of technology-driven projects that improve internal systems and enhance customer service.
The Role
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis across all departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications and system documentation.
- Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects from concept through to completion, including scope, risk, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align project goals with operational needs.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Technical & Leadership Requirements
- Proven experience in both business analysis and project management, ideally within a service-led or operationally complex environment.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and long-term business value.
