We’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions that make a real-world impact. As a key member of the Product team, you’ll tackle complex challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver products that empower nonprofits and purposeful organisations worldwide.

As Product Manager, Your Mission Will Be To:
Strategic Leadership

Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to deeply understand customer pain points and align product strategy with business objectives.

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that drives measurable impact.

Use data to inform decisions, prioritise effectively, and ensure alignment across teams.
Product Development

Drive product discovery to identify customer needs and opportunities for improvement.

Shape the roadmap and lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery.

Collaborate closely with engineers to implement scalable solutions and optimise workflows.

Use effective testing strategies, including usability testing and beta programs, to validate product value.
Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure user-centric yet compliant product designs.

Communicate product vision, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

Proven experience shipping products in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup or scale-up setting.
