This is a unique hybrid role where you'll oversee both requirements gathering and the successful delivery of key transformation projects across the organisation.
You’ll play a vital role in analysing business needs, proposing strategic improvements, and managing the full lifecycle of technology-driven projects that improve internal systems and enhance customer service.
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis across all departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications and system documentation.
- Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects from concept through to completion, including scope, risk, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align project goals with operational needs.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Proven experience in both business analysis and project management, ideally within a service-led or operationally complex environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and long-term business value.
