Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end M&A process: sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, deal execution
• Drive strategic initiatives and support the executive team on growth projects
• Build board/investor materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting
• Strong financial modelling and deal execution skills
• Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in innovation and growth-stage businesses
• Sharp communicator, self-starter, and team player
