A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join a well-established, international manufacturer. This is a key role within the Category Management team, responsible for shaping product strategy, launching innovative new products, and managing the full lifecycle of a portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking full ownership of your product lines, from strategic planning to market execution
  • Leading new product development from concept through to launch, in line with a structured stage-gate process
  • Driving product lifecycle management including pricing, positioning, promotions, and range optimisation
  • Identifying market opportunities, supporting innovation, and keeping ahead of industry and competitor trends
  • Supporting the development of 5-year category plans and delivering a rolling 2-year portfolio roadmap

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors
  • A strong track record in product lifecycle management and new product development (NPD)
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to translate insights into viable business opportunities
  • Passion for product, combined with the drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced industry
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
