Job Description
- This role will provide high quality HR advice to a range of employees, workers, managers, and directors. They will ensure their advice is values led, works to best practice and legislation, and covers a range of people related issues, queries, employment relations casework and organisational change, including TUPE.
- The post holder will support the prompt and effective resolution of issues at the appropriate level and where they support formal investigations and hearings ensure those involved are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. The post holder will ensure the processes are completed to a high standard and within policy and service level agreement timeframes.
- Support and advise managers with employment relations issues related to the position of trust cases, ensuring all are logged and supported in a timely manner. Support referrals to positions of trust panels or medical decision-making groups and support referrals to external bodies as required.
- Provide HR guidance and support to staff and management on issues relating to absence and ill-health, liaising with occupational health specialists when required.
